Very friendly staff and great communication throughout. Assistance with visa application information provided in correspondence and also over the phone. We had a brief the day before our safari which was thorough and gave us the opportunity to ask any questions, our guide Noel was waiting for us the following morning and all though our 3 day safari was extremely knowledgable of the areas we visited and on flora, fauna and wildlife. Noel wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible trying to locate as many different animals as possible, we managed the big 5 and many many more, thank you. We chose a luxury package at Neptune ngorongoro which made our trip extra special.
